We offer a complete range of technical services. From rollout planning and implementation, commissioning to ongoing operation including IMACs. The service is rounded off by a 24/7/365 on-call service.
Logistics and spare part management
Depending on customer requirements, we can also provide different service levels in the area of logistics and warehousing.
We can offer the right package, starting with storing necessary spare parts, handling the repair logistics with the manufacturers, right through to a full inventory and a permanent inventory of the systems.
3rd level support
These are proactive maintenance services (e.g. cleaning of modules and devices or replacement or adjustment of wearing parts or materials). This is done either during ongoing operations or as part of dedicated projects.
We organize all processes as part of our holistic approach. We remain the “owners” of the problem until it is fully resolved and also organize 3rd level support.
