6. Contact with email or contact form

When contacting us by email, the data you provide (e.g. your email address, possibly your name and telephone number) will be saved by us to answer your questions and to process your concerns. In this respect, the legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Your data that we have received as part of the contact will be deleted as soon as you are no longer needed to achieve the purpose of your survey, your concerns are fully edited and no further communication with you is required or desired.

7. Applications

You can apply to our company via email. Your information will be used to process your application and the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis is Section 26 (1) in conjunction with paragraph 8 sentence 2 BDSG. Your personal data can also be processed, insofar as this should be necessary for defense against asserted legal claims from the application procedure against us. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. The legitimate interest in processing lies in the purposes given.

As far as there is an employment relationship between you and us, we can process the personal data you have already received for the purposes of the employment relationship in accordance with Section 26 (1) BDSG if this is necessary for the implementation or termination of the employment relationship.

Processing of your application data that goes beyond the use described does not take place.

Your personal data will be deleted after 6 months at the latest after completing the application process, provided that there is no other legitimate interests on our part or that you have not given us consent for longer storage. Other legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, an obligation to provide evidence in a procedure according to the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

8. Data transmission and recipient or categories of recipients

In principle, there is no transfer of your data to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so, or the data transfer is required to carry out the contractual relationship or you have previously expressly consented to the transfer of your data.

External service providers and partner companies only receive your data if necessary. In these cases, however, the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the required minimum. General rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability. If processing is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke this from us with effect for the future.

Rights in data processing based on legitimate interest
According to Art. 21 Para. 1 GDPR, you have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you, which is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 e GDPR (data processing in the public interest ) or based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 f of the GDPR (data processing to protect a legitimate interest), this also applies to profiling based on this provision. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

Direct advertising rights
If we process your personal data in order to carry out direct advertising, you have the right, in accordance with Article 21 Para. 2 GDPR, to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling, to the extent that it is related to such direct advertising.
