For a leading car rental company, IER ensures the availabilty of their desktop systems in approx. 90 stations in Germany as well as approx. 20 stations in Austria.This includes on site interventions for workstations and peripherials as well as required system upgrades. For example, IER upgraded the payment terminals to new ones, fulfilling future technical requirements of the banking industry. This also included stock taking and secured return of the old equipment to the manufacturer. Prior to that, IER already installed so-called e-signature systems, which allow to capture a electronic signature for the electronic lease file.
