Celle, 2020-01-08 IER GmbH was awarded an initial contract by MATERNA IPS. Scope of the project is the maintenance of MATERNAs passengers self-service check-in and bag-drop systems at the airports of Berlin-Tegel and Munich.
The service cut-over already took place on August 15th, 2019 (Berlin) and November 1st 2019 (Munich). „We are happy that we were able to convince MATERNA to benefit from the synergies arising from our other activities at these locations.”, Mandy Schulz, business unit manager within IER GmbH, said.
For this project, IER GmbH will leverage on existing service structures (“shared resources”). “Besides, the huge experience of IER makes it possible to manage such service cut-over in a very short term of days or weeks.“, Mandy Schulz further explains.
As the growth of such self-service infrastructures continues, it is a success for IER GmbH to spread its services throughout this field of activity.
IER´s team likes to thank MATERNA IPS to trust in our services and we are looking forward to a favorable and long-term cooperation.
