Dear Business Partners,

We are writing to you today to inform you about an important and exciting development of our company.

As you may know, IER GmbH became independent in 2017 through a management buyout. Due to long-term cooperation agreements with our former French parent company, IER SAS, we continued to bear the name IER.

But now, after 5 years, IER GmbH will also document its independence externally with one last step:

IER GmbH becomes PROFLEXIS GmbH!

The new name clarifies our mission: the provision of comprehensive, professional and flexible IT solutions and services.

And our slogan “…keep people moving” makes it clear that our employees ensure on a daily basis that users can “move forward” at any time using these IT systems, e.g. B. but not only

• at the airport with our services for (self-service) check-in and boarding systems,
• at the train station with our services for ticket sales infrastructure,
• in entrance or driveway areas of buildings or parking areas with our solutions for access or isolation systems and
• in the office with our desktop services.

This mission is completed by perhaps the most important addition: 4u! Because we provide these services for you and your customers!

You can now find us on the Internet at www.proflexis.de. You can still reach your known contacts under the telephone numbers you are familiar with and by e-mail under firstname.surname@proflexis.de.

However, there is one big downer for us: with the expiry of the cooperation agreements with IER SAS, our IER-specific service, such as the sale of spare parts, the provision of warranty services and maintenance contracts for IER products, will also end on June 22, 2022. We ask our previous IER customers to contact the colleagues at IER SAS in Suresnes, France, directly with immediate effect. They will help you there with the same level of commitment as you have come to expect from us. Existing contracts are taken over and fulfilled by IER SAS. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the great cooperation, some of which has lasted for decades. We wish you all the best, every success for the future. We look forward to hearing from you at PROFLEXIS if you are looking for an IT service outside of IER products or solutions.

What else changes? Basically nothing, because we will continue as before: with full commitment to the success of our joint projects. And together with you, we will further develop our and your solutions for a future-proof and reliable technology that everyone enjoys using every day.
